A Pharmacist's Story of Oppression and Injustice

Once upon a time, a person bravely spoke up about something wrong happening in their community. It was caught on videotape. This person believed that standing up for what was right was important, but instead of being supported, they faced a lot of trouble.

In 2018, this individual was arrested for domestic violence because he spoke out against disparaging comments made about his deceased son and deceased pharmacy school classmate. Things started to go downhill because he dared to speak out against someone who was part of the system.

In 2020, he was arrested multiple times, leading him and others to wonder if they were being treated unfairly.

This is what we call oppression—when someone is treated badly because they stand up for themselves or others. The story gets even more complicated. A reporter, who was supposed to reveal the truth about what was happening, ended up working for the very people they were supposed to expose. This made it harder for the truth to come out. Despite being found not guilty of any wrongdoing, the authorities still wanted this person to prove he was mentally stable. They even used a simple letter about something that happened a long time ago to create a big fuss, labeling it a "STIPULATION," and broadcasting it as the worst: a pharmacist practicing negligence. He was made to feel unsafe working in Colorado.

To make matters worse, this person's own sister, who is a lawyer, represents a doctor’s estate, which, with the help of this reporter, spreads negative information about him “practicing medicine without a license.” This doctor is also involved in making laws about Medication-Assisted Induced Death. Such laws could harm people, which makes the situation feel even more unfair. All of this leads to a heart-breaking question: "Why is my brother dead?" Monte, his brother, killed himself because he was struggling against cancer, and worsening depression, and the law supported him in taking his own life through MAID.

This person feels like they are a living example of social injustice, demonstrating how some individuals can be oppressed while still fighting to stay alive and share their story.

We need to recognize these struggles and stand up for what is right. Everyone deserves to be treated fairly and to have their voices heard without fear of punishment.

We can all play a part in making our world a better place by speaking out against injustice and supporting those who are brave enough to do so.

Therefore:

What happened? Oppression?

- The reporter that was going to expose it all became their employee. He is now Douglas County’s head/lead investigator.

- Despite the acquittal of the Board of Pharmacy, BOP insists I prove my sanity. I did and they broadcast STIP over a letter for an issue that happened years ago. I’m not safe in CO.

- My own (lawyer) sister to this day represents Dr. Harris (heir to the Gallup Poll) who made the media against me and is behind Medication Assisted Death legislation in CO.

Why is my brother dead?

A Picture of my book "Unbelievable"

I am a living testament to social injustice, also known as the oppressed. Yet, I am still here...
